Welcome
In the year 1997 the first Parson Russell Terrier, Kimberly, entered my life, a
small white dog with green ears.
Green ears, I hear you think. Yes, green ears. This is how it works: At that
time the puppies were still tattooed in the Netherlands, just like nowadays in
some countries. To make the tattoo legible, a green paste was smeared
abundantly into the ears. It took a while for all the excess pasta to disappear.
So for a little puppy of seven weeks, green ears are not bad at all. Kim grew
into an adult female, that goes everywhere. She likes to sit in the car and
prefers to go to the horses.
Kimberly my first Parson Russell Terrier
After 2 years I decided it would be nice for Kim to have a playmate and I
started looking for a Parson Russell Terrier female from the same bloodline as
Kim. My search brought me to a breeder who promised to call me when he
had his bitch mated. It took a year to wait, but then I was allowed to come
and have a look. Seven weeks later, Burly came to our house. At the breeder's
request, I went to a dog show with Burly. She became fifth in the main ring in
puppy class. A new addiction was born! Time and again Burly came home with
prizes. When Burly was two years old, I thought the time was right to have
her mated. Devons Wood's Macho was the chosen male, because I hoped to be
able to continue breeding Burly's beautiful head as well as her build. Two
Parson Russell Terrier males and a female have been given to me by Burly,
born on December 29, 2003. They are the first generation to bear the Parson
Russell Terrier kennel name Valle Suave.
Unfortunately, these are no longer there due to old age.
So I will continue with the children and grandchildren listed here on my
website
Nowadays the Vallé Suave dogs are also represented by the Miniature
Dachshunds Furioso vom Altsiedlerhof, Queen Daphne, Sjocy, Ruby, Tinkerbel
Valle Suave.
These are his children and grandchildren. These are also mentioned on my
website. The combination of Miniature Dachshunds and Parsons is great fun,
they do great together.
